Bruce Recruiting, Ltd., a sub-S corporation, was formed in 1997 to perform contingency staffing assignments for the paper and packaging industries.  This type service fits very nicely with my career background.  For over 30 years I was in Human Resouce management for companies in the paper, film, corrugated, folding cartons and converting packaging industry products. 

One of the challenging aspects of my career was to locate "the right" candidates that would meet the department manager's expectations and also offer the candidates' better opportunities.  This is also what I continue to accomplish for hiring authorities today!

Mostly I work alone.  At times I will partner with other professionals in order to provide more qualified candidates for consideration and faster responses to our client's needs.

We are open to take assignments anywhere in the world.  Most of our work is done in the United States and North America.
